Lunge it out!

The fourth in my series of work out basics, this video highlights another building block of fitness – lunges.   Lunges are a great exercise for your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and thighs.

*Take up lunge position

*Be sure your shoulders and knees are square 

*Drop the back knee straight down to the ground, making sure not to let the front knee pass your toes.

Now you’ve got the hang of it, why not take on something like “The Perfect 10” work out  challenge?!?
