The Who, What, Where, When & Why of my fitness regime
It’s been a year of push ups, squats, lunges, crunches. Regardless of location, space, or weather, there was a work out for every situation I came up against.
Together we worked out “Anytime, Anywhere” ;)
While I have been working out like crazy lately, I have been repeating a lot of the same routines, and habits, as they relate to my circus training. That said, I’m not done sharing my fitness tricks and tips, and would like to continue to post facts, features, and even Q & A’s for my friends and fans.
